  Final Draft

  Overall, I was super happy with all the feedback I got from my presentation. My two main points of constructive feedback were that I need to fix the consistence of my audio within certain clips, which is an easy fix when editing in Primere pro. Alongside that, my other main comment I received was that  I need to rethink the typography of my title, to help match the grandiose vibe of my film. When I go back to look and try out all the fonts, I will definitely be keeping this in mind and hopefully get it right the second time. All of the positive comments on my editing and camera work were super nice to hear and I hope that making these changes will help bring my film to the next level.  

  First Draft

  This week has been a busy one. I have finally gotten all my swimming shots done with Emma for the time being. I am over halfway with the project itself, and I have begun editing. I have all my footage lined up and my next big thing is I have to figure out how to put the effects that I want on my clips. Other than that, I feel pretty confident where I am at, and I have scheduled the interview portion of filming with Emma for this weekend. I have started to get the hang of Primere pro and so I feel my editing skills have improved a lot, I plan on starting to edit the second half this weekend, and then perfect the first half as well, so it will be where I want it to be by the due date.  

Updating from break, I have gotten the footage from USA swimming that I need and I am in the process of editing it. I unfortunately couldn't film with Emma over break due to our training schedule, but we both have time this weekend and after practice some days, so I may ask to film with her sometime this week. Overall, the filming shouldn’t take too long, because most of the shots are going to be in slow motion, so I will certainly have time to film quickly after one of our practices. As far as editing goes, I am still trying to figure out Primere pro as I go, I played with it a little over break, but I am still getting the hang of it seeing as its all new to me.
